【Technical Details】 ■ Radio Wave Environment Sensing Technology - To acquire radio wave environment information, a prototype sensor has been developed that covers the 920MHz, 2.4GHz, and 5GHz bands commonly used by wireless devices in manufacturing sites, allowing for the measurement of wideband electromagnetic noise across these frequencies with time synchronization to understand temporal correlations. - To extract necessary information with a simpler and more flexible system considering practical deployment in production sites, multiple software-defined radios are configured as the radio reception component. - A demonstration experiment was conducted to measure the electromagnetic noise emitted by machine tools. ■ Collaborative Transmission and Reception Technology - By efficiently utilizing multi-channel communication and multi-point communication, a multi-diversity wireless LAN has been developed to achieve high reliability. - Improvements in communication efficiency of over 1.3 times have been confirmed from tests conducted in factory environments, among other results. *For more details, please download the PDF or contact us.
