This is a custom case of containers made of nickel alloy used in the liquid preparation process, delivered to a pharmaceutical manufacturer. The customer requested a stirring tank with acid resistance, and after considering various materials, they decided on nickel alloy. When the stirrer (stirring machine) is not in use, a PTFE cover is placed over the cut-out section to prevent foreign matter contamination. The gasket is made of PTFE, which has excellent chemical resistance. After buff polishing, electro-polishing is applied to remove surface contaminants such as buff dust and oil, improving cleanliness by creating a smooth surface.
