This is a collection of case studies introducing examples of mixing tanks that utilize Bernoulli flow mixers. The Bernoulli flow mixer is equipped with the "Bernoulli flow mixing body BEAG" and generates liquid flow within the container based on a different principle (pressure difference due to centrifugal force) compared to conventional mixing bodies, achieving "less foaming" and "powerful" mixing. It is primarily suitable for mixing volumes of approximately 30 to 300 liters. If you are facing issues such as: - "It takes a long time to defoam (de-bubble) after mixing high-viscosity liquids." - "The liquid surface foams after mixing, making accurate measurement impossible." - "I want to prevent overflow when mixing foamy liquids." Please consider the Bernoulli flow mixer.

This is a piping made of fluororesin (PFA) with excellent corrosion resistance, featuring Cynergy fittings. There are pipes that can be adjusted in length according to customer preferences, along with fittings such as elbows and tees. - Being made of PFA, it offers superior corrosion resistance compared to stainless steel. There are no concerns about discoloration or pinholes. - It has high non-stick properties, making it difficult for fluids to adhere, which enhances cleanability. - Unlike stainless steel piping, it allows for easy observation of the flow inside the piping, making it easier to notice abnormalities. - The length of the piping can be changed according to customer requests.

This is a stand for hanging hoses after cleaning, allowing for drying and storage. It is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel (SUS316L). It solves the following problems that arise when hoses and pipes are laid flat after cleaning: - Remaining moisture inside, leading to an unsanitary condition due to incomplete drying - Unexpected rolling - Difficulty in transporting to the usage location By using this stand, moisture inside can be quickly dried, maintaining a hygienic condition compared to laying flat. It also prevents hoses and pipes from rolling or stacked items from collapsing, which could obstruct passage and create the need for re-cleaning. The stand is equipped with casters, making it easy to move from the storage location to the usage area.

In places where powder materials and organic solvents are handled, exposure to these substances can have health impacts, so measures to prevent exposure are necessary. While there are countermeasures on the operator's side, it is important to suppress the factors that lead to operator exposure from the equipment side. This document mainly focuses on the handling of powders and introduces the exposure prevention measures that our company, a stainless steel tank manufacturer, can propose around the tank area.

Back pain accounts for 60% of what is commonly referred to as "occupational diseases." Preventive measures against back pain are essential for achieving a safe working environment. Many of the stainless steel tanks and peripheral equipment we handle are sized and weighted to be just manageable by human power. There is a risk of placing a significant burden on the body by accumulating tasks that feel like "it's tough on the back, but I can manage with a little extra effort." That said, it may be difficult to imagine what kind of design can reduce this burden. Therefore, in this document, we will introduce products that our company, as a manufacturer, has developed to alleviate the burden on the back during daily operations, as well as examples of custom solutions that have been adopted by our customers.

When we hear from customers about their challenges regarding the introduction or updating of equipment, we sometimes receive inquiries about improving losses and yield rates. The equipment we provide can be customized from a single unit, so we make proposals to add or change components and modify designs based on the information we receive. While our proposals vary depending on the conditions of the workspace and the nature of the work, this document focuses on two processes: "input" and "output," and introduces customizations that have led to improvements in losses and yield rates, based on actual implementations.

Our company manufactures and sells tanks for craft beer. Depending on the manufacturing process, we offer three types of tanks for boiling, mashing, and fermentation. To make it easier for those who are considering starting a craft beer business to introduce equipment, we also propose and sell other related devices as a package. One of these is the "heat exchanger." A heat exchanger is a device that transfers (exchanges) thermal energy from a fluid at a higher temperature to a fluid at a lower temperature, similar to an air conditioner or radiator. Recently, we visited "Nihasan Seisakusho Co., Ltd.," which holds the top share in the domestic market for plate heat exchangers and whose products we also handle. This document will explain the basics of the heat exchangers introduced during our visit and our craft beer tanks.

Recently, we have seen an increase in inquiries from customers dealing with slurries. Here, slurry refers to a mixture of raw material pastes, particles, or powders combined with liquids such as water or solvents. For example, many customers face challenges in the mixing and storage processes with viscous slurries where binders are dissolved, or slurries with heavy, easily settling particles. In this document, we will introduce the products from our company that served as the basis for our proposals among the examples of stainless steel tanks we have suggested as slurry tanks. At MONOVATE, we customize these products by combining them with the customers' challenges, requirements, and the properties of the contents, offering tailor-made slurry tanks for each project.
