• Food storage equipment and facilities

By setting it in our stainless steel tank (ST/CTL) and inverting the container, the contents of the powder can be discharged (or input) into equipment such as grinders. The connection parts are flat to prevent powder accumulation, ensuring that even expensive powders are not wasted. Additionally, the included PTFE gasket does not tear, preventing contamination of the contents. The chute is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust, and the gaps in the rolled edge are welded all around to prevent dirt and cleaning liquids from accumulating, making it very hygienic. It can also be used as a discharge chute when using an inversion lifter. Its thin and lightweight design makes it easy to handle. Specifications can be changed according to the application.

• Stainless steel container

It is used by connecting to the discharge port of containers such as stainless steel hoppers. It is a valve that opens and closes by sliding a plate-like disc. The structure is simple, making it easy to disassemble and assemble during cleaning. When the valve is fully open, there are no obstacles to the flow, and the seat can match the same diameter as the discharge port. The main body is made of stainless steel, and the sealing material is only PTFE, making surface treatments like electropolishing easy. It has almost no airtightness for gases and liquids, and is unsuitable for flow regulation as it is intended only for powders and solids with fully open and fully closed applications. It is equipped with a locking function to prevent incorrect opening and closing of the valve. ○ Features - Easy to disassemble, clean, and assemble. During cleaning, it can be disassembled and assembled simply by attaching and removing the fixing butterfly bolt. No tools are required. - There are no powder accumulations, and it has an opening and closing port with the same diameter as the drain outlet. When fully open, there are no obstacles in the valve to impede the flow, allowing all fluids to pass through. - Surface treatment of the inner surface of the valve can be performed. Surface treatments tailored to the contents, such as electropolishing and fluororesin coating, can be applied. - The size and type of fittings can be freely set for both the inlet and discharge sides.

We have coated the inner surface of our stainless steel tank and the accompanying lid with fluororesin (PFA). There are two types: the cover lid type [ST-C] and the catch clip type sealed container [CTH-C]. The excellent slip properties make it difficult for contents to adhere, allowing for smooth discharge and reduced cleaning time. By adjusting the thickness of the coating, corrosion resistance can be enhanced. The [CTH-C] is a sealed container, preventing spillage of contents during transport and contamination by foreign substances during storage. Features of PFA: ○ Non-stick Most substances do not adhere, resulting in faster cleaning and increased efficiency. ○ Slip properties The friction coefficient is "the same as the surface of wet ice," allowing for smooth discharge of contents. ○ Heat resistance Generally capable of withstanding heating and cooling from 260°C to -240°C. ○ Non-wetting Repels both oil and water, remaining unaffected by most solutions, making it less prone to dirt. ○ Electrical properties Among all plastics, it has the best insulation and dielectric constant. ○ Corrosion resistance If designed to be pinhole-free, it is resistant to most chemicals.

This stainless steel tank is ideal for temporary storage of powders, liquids, and more. Made of stainless steel, it is resistant to rust and can be reused, making it suitable for various fields such as pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, and chemicals. It comes with a handle for easy transportation, and movement is smooth when using a dedicated cart (KM series). The corners of the bottom have an R structure, which prevents dirt from accumulating, ensuring good cleanability and hygiene. The lid is a cover type with a knob (there is no knob for tanks of 150L or more).

This is a stainless steel tank that has been completely sealed with welding around the rim and handle to prevent cleaning liquids and powders from remaining in the gaps of the container. Being made of stainless steel, it is resistant to rust, and since cleaning liquids and powders do not accumulate in the container, it is very hygienic, allowing for contamination prevention and reduced cleaning time. The corners at the bottom have an R structure that makes it difficult for dirt to accumulate. The handle has improved cleaning capability and strength compared to conventional products. It complies with GMP standards and is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry.

○What is a hazardous material○ It refers to the product names defined by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. ○What is UN standard○ It is a United Nations recommendation regarding the international transport of hazardous materials. UN standard products are required for international transport and apply in principle to all modes of transport: maritime, air, and land. Transporting hazardous materials requires certified containers. This stainless steel bottle is a UN standard certified bottle for liquid hazardous materials. It is made of sturdy stainless steel, is corrosion-resistant, and has excellent airtightness due to the clamp band. The opening has a Heli-Coil fitting, making disassembly and cleaning easy. The standard packing is made of silicone rubber, but PTFE and fluororubber can also be selected, accommodating many chemical liquids.

This is a corrosion resistance test in which a silicone emulsion is stored in three types of stainless steel tanks at room temperature for one month. DN-Silicone Emulsion-100,000 is used in a wide range of fields, including cosmetics, textile processing, release paper, defoaming, and food additives. Tank 1: SUS304 buff polished showed holes due to corrosion. Tank 2: SUS304 buff polished followed by electropolishing showed no signs of corrosion progression. When exporting abroad, there are non-applicability certificates and U.S. re-export regulations (EAR) to prove that the items are not strategic materials (such as weapons of mass destruction or nuclear fuel).
