By setting it in our stainless steel tank (ST/CTL) and inverting the container, the contents of the powder can be discharged (or input) into equipment such as grinders. The connection parts are flat to prevent powder accumulation, ensuring that even expensive powders are not wasted. Additionally, the included PTFE gasket does not tear, preventing contamination of the contents. The chute is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust, and the gaps in the rolled edge are welded all around to prevent dirt and cleaning liquids from accumulating, making it very hygienic. It can also be used as a discharge chute when using an inversion lifter. Its thin and lightweight design makes it easy to handle. Specifications can be changed according to the application.

- Our stainless steel container [CTL-R] is effective when used with an inverted lifter as an inverted discharge container. - It is used as a discharge chute in combination with our stainless steel container "CTL" series. It is used in various manufacturing and research departments in fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, cosmetics, and food for discharging and filling powder and granular materials.

Detailed information

Elimination of powder accumulation! The step between the container and the chute is removed, preventing any residue of the contents.
Container set Set in a stainless steel container and invert the container to discharge the contents of the granules.
Inversion machine set The container is inverted using the inversion lifter to discharge the contents of the bulk material.
Division band It is a band that connects the discharge chute to the container. A Teflon gasket is used at the connection between the container and the chute.
