This is a stainless steel tank with a bowl-shaped bottom (mirror plate). It has a drain in the central part where the contents gather, allowing for smooth discharge. With caster legs, it can be moved between processes along with the container, and a separate container for receiving (portioning) can be placed under the drain. The mirror bottom has no corners, making it suitable for stirring operations. There are three types available: the cover lid type [DT-ST-L], the catch clip sealed type [DT-CTH-L], and the lever band sealed type [DT-CTL-L]. Specifications can be modified according to the intended use.

• Stainless steel container

We have added legs to our stainless steel tank [HT]. Since the legs are equipped with casters, the entire container can be moved between processes. A separate container for receiving (portioning) can be placed under the hopper container. The bottom is funnel-shaped (conical), which provides excellent discharge capability. The junction between the body and the hopper has an R structure, preventing dirt and contents from accumulating, making it hygienic. We also have the jacketed [HT-J-L]. Specifications can be changed according to the intended use.

• Stainless steel container

This is an optional part specifically for our stainless steel airtight containers (catch clip type) "CTH" and hanging airtight containers "CTB." It will be attached by welding. Once installed, it allows the "CTH/CTB," which cannot be stacked due to structural reasons, to be stacked, thereby saving space.

You can lock it simply by inserting the key into the hook hole of the included lever band. With a handle, it allows for smooth transportation and movement when using a dedicated cart (KM series). The corners of the bottom are designed with an R structure, making it difficult for dirt to accumulate, which enhances cleanliness and hygiene. Empty containers can be stacked, saving space.

We have added a base for installing a stirrer to our stainless steel tank [KTT]. A clamp-type portable stirrer is attached to the base for use. The bottom surface has a slope towards the discharge outlet, allowing for smooth discharge of contents. Since the discharge outlet is located on the side of the container, piping can be arranged more compactly, and it is also possible to connect a pump for liquid transfer. A fixed base is included to prevent the container from tipping over. It features a split lid suitable for checking the contents and adding raw materials. The stirrer can be easily removed by taking off the lid. We also have the [KTTK-J] model with a jacket for heating and cooling. Specifications can be modified according to your needs.

This is a sight glass with a wiper that can be installed on a helix. You can check the contents inside the stainless container. Even when the window fogs up due to steam or when the contents splatter and dirty the window, you can maintain a clear view. When the window fogs up, simply turn the handle half a turn! The wiper blade will clear the fog.
