Non-stick, chemically resistant fluoropolymer (PFA) coated stainless steel container!
We have coated the inner surface of our stainless steel tank and the accompanying lid with fluororesin (PFA). There are two types: the lid type 【ST-C】 and the catch-clip type sealed container 【CTH-C】. The excellent slip properties make it difficult for contents to adhere, allowing for smooth discharge and reduced cleaning time. By adjusting the thickness of the coating, corrosion resistance can be enhanced. The 【CTH-C】, being a sealed container, prevents spillage of contents during transport and contamination by foreign substances during storage. Features of PFA: ○ Non-stick Most substances do not adhere, resulting in faster cleaning and increased efficiency. ○ Slip properties The friction coefficient is "the same as the surface of wet ice," allowing contents to be discharged smoothly. ○ Heat resistance Generally capable of withstanding heating and cooling from 260°C to -240°C. ○ Non-wetting Repels both oil and water, making it difficult to wet with most solutions and resistant to dirt. ○ Electrical properties Among all plastics, it has the best insulation and dielectric constant. ○ Corrosion resistance If designed to be pinhole-free, it is resistant to most chemicals.

With lid: Stock lid (ST-C), Sealed lid (CTH-C) With gasket (CTH-C only): Silicone (compliant with food sanitation laws) [PQA] *It is not pinhole-free. If corrosion resistance is required, it is necessary to use a pinhole-free coating or increase the thickness of the coating (please inquire for details). *Due to the baking of the coating, the outer surface will have a baked color.
