[Experiment Report] Mixing Flour and Bran | Uniform Mixing by Hand in 3 Minutes

Two types of powders with a particle size difference of more than five times are uniformly mixed in a rotary drum mixer.
This is a report on the mixing tests conducted in response to inquiries such as, 'Every time, the workers are shaking the bags to mix, and I'm concerned about the burden,' and 'But it's not enough to introduce a large powder mixer.' We tested the mixing performance of a rotary drum mixer using wheat flour and bran with different particle sizes, varying the input amount, rotation speed, and mixing time across five conditions. We used the current manual mixing as the evaluation standard to determine under which conditions the mixing would be uniform. Please refer to this as a guide for selecting equipment that bridges the gap between manual mixing and large mixers.
