Combining hot water bath, stirring, and transportation to in-house the pretreatment of honey production.
At Be-Skepp Co., Ltd., there was no equipment for water bath heating of 200L drums, and the process of transferring to smaller cans was outsourced. Additionally, manual stirring and transferring became labor-intensive. In this case study, we will introduce a system that integrates the water bath tank, transportation, temperature control stirring, and pre-filling processes into a single line, with adjustments made to the heater and pump specifications to suit the characteristics of honey.
