This is a customized product based on the requests "The existing glass filtration device does not have enough capacity" and "I want to use a handheld poly bottle for collecting the filtrate." It can perform suction filtration of about 2 liters at a time. Application: Filtration of ceramic raw materials. Although it is larger than typical glass laboratory filters, it is made of sturdy stainless steel, allowing for safe handling. We would like to introduce a case where a "stainless steel container pump unit" used as a temporary receptacle for edible oil was custom-made and delivered to a food manufacturer. A stirring machine, pump, and level sensor were installed in a 400L stainless steel jacketed container. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "single taper jacket container" with a focus on cleanability and delivered it to a food additive manufacturer. In traditional cylindrical hoppers, washing the bottom of the tank after work would allow water to enter the gaps, raising hygiene concerns. To address this, we changed the hopper to a square rod design to minimize the accumulation of water and dirt, making it easier to wipe down and dry after cleaning. This set includes a hopper with a dust collection hood, a dust collector, a receiving container, a scale, a cart, a lid for inversion feeding, and a lifter. The dust collection hood is connected to the dust collector to capture the dust that rises during powder feeding. The hopper and receiving container are connected with a polyester chute (fabric), and a stainless steel cover and tray are installed on the top of the scale. We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "container with a seal attachment base" and delivered it to a food manufacturing company. The seal base has a fluororesin coating on the surface where the label is applied. Since there is no adhesive residue and it can be peeled off, it prevents foreign matter contamination from adhesives and similar substances. The container features a sloped bottom towards the discharge direction, allowing for smooth discharge of the contents to the next process. However, the existing standard products were unable to discharge high-viscosity liquids smoothly. Therefore, we designed and manufactured the bottom slope of the tapered container to be steeper than that of standard products.
