This is an example of a demo verification conducted with a customer who faced the issue of metal powder clogging in the hopper, making it difficult to supply to the next process. While common clogging countermeasures such as knockers and vibrators were also considered, the customer wanted to verify whether the aeration hopper they saw at the exhibition would be effective for metal powder, leading to the test. We compared the discharge behavior with and without aeration and transparently communicated the conditions under which no effect was observed.
