Efficiently streamline the heating and stirring process for plant fermentation extract production with a 200L batch processing.
At Respect Co., Ltd., due to the expansion of production volume, there were limitations in processing with three small heating units, and there were burdens associated with transferring containers and manual stirring. In this case study, we will introduce how the introduction of a heater unit enabled bulk processing of 200 liters and revised the process to combine heating and stirring. We are considering the specifications while confirming the heating capacity and stirring conditions during pre-introduction tests.
