At Narikoma Food Co., Ltd., the lack of a dedicated mixing machine led to inefficiencies in the process, increased cleaning burdens due to powder scattering, and challenges with transporting heavy powders. This case study introduces our efforts to reduce the workload and create a clean working environment by combining a rotary drum mixer for sealed mixing with a lifter. It also includes the production of custom containers, taking into consideration compatibility with existing cleaning machines.
