This is a building clearance measuring device for railway operators. Its main purpose is to be used in railway facilities such as tunnels, platforms, and signals. The rotation angle of the internal laser distance sensor is controlled by an internal motor, allowing for continuous and single measurements. The measurement results are saved to a microSD card, enabling serial data communication output to a PC or other devices. A dedicated base is used to install the measuring device on the track. To measure, the base is installed on the rails, and the laser is directed at the desired measurement point while pressing the measurement switch. The horizontal distance from the rail surface and the track center, as well as the height, are measured, and simultaneously, the measurement point is plotted on the building clearance diagram, with the clearance values calculated.
