For those struggling with shibo processing and fine processing! Tsujikawa's 5-axis laser engraving.
RAY Texture
It supports engraving for molds used in primary processing such as injection molding and molds for secondary processing such as hot stamping, enabling a wide range of decorative proposals.
▶Satin Finish ▷Feature 1 - Reduction of Environmental Impact Compared to traditional etching methods for satin finishing, environmental impact is dramatically reduced. ▷Feature 2 - Enhanced Design Quality Utilizing the fine processing capabilities of lasers, it is possible to reproduce higher design quality and textures on molds. Complex gradient expressions, multiple heights, and smooth uneven textures can also be applied. It is possible to simultaneously process different expressions such as intricate hairlines, textures, and relief shapes that cannot be achieved with etching or engraving plates. We can accommodate complex molds with curved surfaces. Our in-house design department utilizes unique know-how to enable the expression of fine and previously unseen textures and finishes. ▷Feature 3 - Digitalization of Processing Steps It allows for reduced lead times and guarantees consistent quality for molds with high production volumes or updated designs. ▶Fine Processing ▷It is easier to achieve sharper edges than with standard small-diameter tools, and since it is not a physical machining process like cutting, there is no risk of tool damage due to the hardness of the steel or engraving depth. ▷Unlike discharge machining, there is no need for electrode manufacturing processes, allowing for direct engraving on molds, which reduces production labor.

basic information
By applying special laser engraving to the molding die, fine textures are imparted to plastic molded products. It is possible to simultaneously process different expressions such as complex hairlines, grain patterns, and relief shapes that cannot be represented with etching plates or engraved plates. We also accommodate complex molds, including curved surfaces. We have prepared a unique laser processing sample called "RAY Texture," from which you can choose patterns. Company information
After 100 years since its founding, Tsujikawa's core technology of "sculpting" has now evolved into "decorating technology," "cutting technology," and "shaping technology." These three technologies are used in various products, including cosmetics, toiletries, food, home appliances, and daily necessities, showcasing the results of Tsujikawa's technology in every aspect of life. While cherishing the traditional hand-carved sculptures created with chisels and hammers from the founding era, we continue to challenge ourselves with metal sculpting using machines such as sculpting machines and machining centers, as well as sculptural modeling utilizing 3D printers and five-axis machining. The fusion of craftsmanship passed down over the past 100 years and cutting-edge technology is Tsujikawa's strength. The technology we have cultivated is beneficial not only in Japan but also to people around the world. In recent years, Tsujikawa has expanded into five countries: China, Thailand, Indonesia, India, and Vietnam, in line with globalization. We provide high-quality products utilizing Tsujikawa's sculpting technology to both Japanese companies and local customers. In the next 100 years, we will continue to evolve and challenge ourselves with the mission of "beautifying and making the world comfortable through sculpting technology, enriching people's hearts and lives."
