It suppresses and prevents the accumulation of sludge in the tank, making it a proposal for users considering a conveyor tank. The coolant unit 'TNC' significantly improves tank maintenance by recovering sludge caused by troubles with coolant peripheral equipment. By preventing and suppressing sludge accumulation in the tank, it achieves space and resource savings. This is a coolant unit for BT30 machining centers, realized by equipping it with an NOP cyclone filter pump.

The transport of coolant to the machine is fully filtered with a NOP filter pump to supply clean liquid, reducing pipe clogs caused by chips, workpiece scratches, and machine downtime. 【Overview of Mechanism (Partial)】 ■ Large chips are discharged on the upper stage of a scraper-type two-stage conveyor, while fine chips that pass through a 1.0mm perforated metal are discharged outside the tank via the lower stage conveyor. ■ Fine chips and sludge that are difficult to discharge with the scraper-type conveyor are suction-filtered and separated using a pump with a cyclone filter, with clean liquid sent into the machine and dirty liquid collected using a YTH mesh for sludge recovery. ■ To prevent sludge accumulation in the tank, a forced circulation is implemented through a diffusion nozzle to the pump with a cyclone filter for re-suction and recovery. * The coolant liquid is limited to water-soluble coolant. * For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
