The scraper-type two-stage conveyor and NOP cyclone filter pump fully filter and circulate the coolant liquid, adopting a structure that prevents sludge accumulation in the tank, thereby reducing maintenance such as tank cleaning and improving work efficiency. The transfer of coolant to the machine is fully filtered by the NOP filter pump, supplying clean liquid, which reduces clogging of pipes due to chips, seating errors, workpiece scratches, and downtime. With a tank capacity of 143L, the compact design allows for circulation in a small tank, taking up two-thirds less space compared to conventional drum-type units, conserving space. This is a dedicated coolant tank for the BT30 machining center. 【Mechanism Description】 STEP 1: Large chips are discharged on the upper stage of the scraper-type two-stage conveyor, and fine chips that pass through a 1.0mm perforated metal are also discharged outside the tank via the lower stage conveyor. STEP 2: Fine chips and sludge that are difficult to discharge with the scraper-type conveyor are sucked in, filtered, and separated by a pump with a cyclone filter. Clean liquid is sent into the machine, while dirty liquid collects sludge with a YTH wire mesh. STEP 3: To prevent sludge accumulation in the tank, a diffusion nozzle forces circulation to the pump with a cyclone filter for re-suction and recovery. *Please check the video for detailed mechanisms.
