Visualization parts through special glass processing.
Specially processed quartz glass products
By using adhesive-free joining, high heat-resistant and high-strength glass components can be produced. It is perfect for visualizing processing steps and for use in harsh environments.
Our company manufactures a wide variety of glass products utilizing the manufacturing technology of optical cells. In these productions, we employ a bonding method that does not use adhesives, allowing us to create components with very high transparency that can withstand high-temperature environments and chemical stresses such as acids and alkalis without any issues. While conventional glass processing often results in waviness on concave surfaces, our processing technique achieves optical polishing on the bottom surface of the concave areas, ensuring a clear view. Additionally, the physical strength is exceptionally high, boasting an adhesive strength equivalent to the material's breaking strength.
