Nanobubbles are essential for water purification! For bathing, it is more effective to fill the bathtub than to take a shower!
We will introduce effective ways to utilize micro fine bubbles (MFB). When using micro fine bubbles, it is important to note that microbubbles disappear in 2 to 3 minutes, while nanobubbles remain suspended in water for a long time. Therefore, microbubbles are suitable for showers during bathing, but nanobubbles are necessary for agriculture, aquaculture, industrial use, and water purification. It is recommended to install a buffer tank to temporarily store the water, and then circulate it with submersible or surface pumps for a while to create nanobubbles before use. Our micro fine bubble generator also has a mixing effect. If pesticides or fertilizers are added to the buffer tank, they will be agitated and turned into nanobubbles. However, since the effectiveness of nanobubbled pesticides or fertilizers may increase, it is necessary to take measures such as reducing the mixing ratio. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Our company has developed various devices that utilize microbubbles and nanobubbles (also known as fine bubbles and ultrafine bubbles), including showerheads and micro/nanobubble generators for washing machines that help reduce odors in clothing and remove dirt from behind the drum. Through a joint project involving four organizations, including the Tama Branch of the Tokyo Metropolitan Small and Medium Enterprise Support Center, Professor Ninomiya of the Nippon Institute of Technology, and our company, it has been confirmed that these bubbles are effective in reducing odors in grinding fluids, maintaining emulsion stability, improving workpiece precision, and extending tool life. Additionally, our micro/nanobubble generator adopts a cavitation method that generates bubbles using the air already contained in tap water. This helps prevent rust in the equipment, making it ideal for use with grinding and cutting fluids. Furthermore, the system can be adapted for use as an inline static mixer by incorporating gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide.
