We will introduce a method to eliminate weighing errors in manual weighing using our weighing system "Chosuke." In the case of "weighing multiple raw materials stacked in one container," first, the two-dimensional code from the instruction sheet created in Excel is scanned, and the raw material's barcode is read to automatically deduct the tare weight. The completion of weighing is confirmed by scanning the two-dimensional code. Then, the weighing instructions for the next raw material are automatically provided, and the weighing is performed in the same manner. Once all tasks are completed, the process is automatically marked as finished.
