Easily achieve the required mirror finish! A case solved using fine bubbles.
Here is a case study using fine bubbles for ultra-ultra mirror polishing of silicon wafers. Despite implementing several measures, we were unable to achieve the required ultra-ultra mirror finish, so we installed an OK nozzle in the middle of the grinding fluid piping. We resolved the issue by using fine bubbles. Additionally, the impact of the bursting fine bubbles continuously maintained the cutting edge of the grinding wheel, and the grinding debris was cleaned, resulting in the necessary surface roughness. [Case Summary] ■ Issue: Despite several measures, we could not achieve the required ultra-ultra mirror finish. ■ Response: Installed an OK nozzle in the middle of the grinding fluid piping. ■ Effects: - Received words of gratitude. - The impact of the bursting fine bubbles continuously maintained the cutting edge of the grinding wheel. - The grinding debris was cleaned, achieving the necessary surface roughness. *For more detailed information about the case, please refer to the related link.
