The boiled dried organic waste undergoes further heat sterilization and de-fatting treatment, resulting in feed with high safety standards that exceed international criteria. For example, squid entrails, which would otherwise rot and emit a strong odor, can be recycled through boiling drying into high-quality feed. We produce premium feed for farmed shrimp and other species using squid entrails generated from squid processing. The produced feed is automatically bagged and stacked onto pallets by a palletizing robot. Our company is a dryer manufacturer that has been in business for 53 years. Even in the current Reiwa era, the conventional wisdom is that dryers are laid horizontally, but the Okadora Cyclone Dryer achieves a remarkable improvement in drying capacity and a significant reduction in installation area by standing the dryer vertically. As a result, not only sludge but also waste liquids (with a moisture content of over 95%) can now be dried. Moreover, with the evaporation capacity increased by more than four times, it can instantly heat and cause boiling phenomena, allowing for the drying process to break down the cells of raw materials. This is Okadora's unique technology known as "Boil Drying." The processing capacity ranges from 15 kg/hr to over 1,000 tons per day. We have a track record of over 400 units installed throughout Japan.
