By using an ultrasonic level sensor, it is possible to measure the level without contact with the liquid!

We would like to introduce a case where a "stainless steel container pump unit" used as a temporary receptacle for edible oil was custom-made and delivered to a food manufacturer. A stirring machine, pump, and level sensor were installed in a 400L stainless steel jacketed container. An external temperature sensor was connected to a temperature control device to manage the temperature of the internal solution, and the stirring machine circulates the internal solution to achieve a uniform temperature. 【Features】 ■ The temperature control device circulates warm water in the jacket to keep the edible oil at a constant temperature. ■ An ultrasonic level sensor is used, allowing level measurement without contact with the contents. ■ The pump is used for transferring liquid to the next process. ■ The control panel manages the ON/OFF of the pump and stirring machine, adjusts speed, and displays the liquid level. ■ To facilitate mobility, the container, pump, and control panel are mounted on a single cart. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. *Other cases can be viewed from the "PDF Download" section.
