We would like to introduce a case where we custom-made a "single taper jacket container" with a focus on cleanability and delivered it to a food additive manufacturer. In traditional cylindrical hoppers, washing the bottom of the tank after work would allow water to enter the gaps, raising hygiene concerns. To address this, we changed the hopper to a square rod design to minimize the accumulation of water and dirt, making it easier to wipe down and dry after cleaning.
