The mini hand homogenizer is used for small-scale biochemical projects.
Compared to air pressure and hydraulic liquid processing devices, the hand homogenizer can be considered an environmentally friendly and budget-friendly mini homogenizer. It is a manual high-pressure homogenizer that operates by moving the pump handle up and down. It does not require a PLC control system or electricity, making it particularly suitable for basic experimental work involving small amounts of liquid samples. The mini pump of the hand homogenizer is specially designed to supply the appropriate pressure for the flow of the product. When the pump handle is lifted, a small amount of sample is drawn into the mini pump body.

Detailed information
-
By fully moving the pump handle down, a high-pressure profile (up to 30,000 psi) is created for the sample flow, allowing this part of the sample to enter the check valve and the Genaizer Y-type diamond interaction chamber. Finally, it is discharged from the outlet and collected. The flow, which is divided into two flow paths within the Genaizer Y-type diamond interaction chamber, is further redirected at a right angle on the same plane and pushed into a single flow. Due to the high pressure (up to 30,000 psi), the two flows rotate at high speed at the intersection, generating turbulence, high shear, and cavitation in the flow of the single outlet within the Genaizer Y-type diamond interaction chamber.
Company information
Ginaizer, located in the Technology Link of Greater Los Angeles, is dedicated to the development of homogenizer nanotechnology. They offer high-pressure microfluidic homogenizers, liposome extruders, sanitary heat exchangers, diamond interaction chambers, as well as high-pressure components compatible with high-pressure homogenizers, pumps, and microfluidizers from other brands. Ginaizer's high-pressure homogenizers can be widely used in fields such as pharmaceuticals, biochemicals, cosmetics, food, and dairy, thanks to the microfluidization technology of the diamond interaction chamber. They are also capable of experiments ranging from particle size reduction to cell disruption, nanoemulsions, nanoparticle dispersion, and liposomes.
