【Mixing and Stirring】 It is possible to mix powders with liquids or liquids with each other across various viscosity ranges. Additionally, using a three-roll mill, we can disperse down to primary particles. We can accommodate small-scale trials (around 100g) to mass production (several hundred kg). 【Packaging】 We package the contracted manufactured paste in a clean room. After filling, a degassing process is performed. For two-component adhesives, the main agent and hardener are mixed in specified proportions, filled into a single syringe, and can be used as effectively one-component by rapid freezing. Furthermore, we can repackage functional pastes entrusted by customers into syringes or specified containers. 【Filtering】 Filtering can be performed with mesh sizes tailored to your requirements. We implement the optimal method according to the raw materials.
