We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving involving the inspection of LCD modules for lighting and functionality. Our client requested an inspection using lighting fixtures and computers because defects were discovered in the LCD modules manufactured overseas upon delivery. To respond promptly, we coordinated with other departments and implemented overtime as necessary. We managed product lot control and provided daily inspection performance reports. The urgently needed quantities were directly shipped to the specified destination via a charter service arranged by our company. As a result, the procedures and costs for sending the products overseas were eliminated, and most importantly, we were able to meet the production line deadlines without delay, for which we received great appreciation.
