We would like to introduce a case study of problem-solving involving the lighting inspection and functional testing of LCD modules. We received a request from a customer to conduct inspections using lighting fixtures and computers due to issues that arose with LCD panels manufactured overseas at the delivery destination. In response, we coordinated with other departments and, as necessary, arranged for overtime. We managed product lot control and daily inspection performance reports, and for the urgently needed quantities, we arranged for charter shipping from our company.
