Vulcanized fiber insulation sheet made from environmentally friendly CNF material.
HB-77 (corresponding to JIS C 2315 B type), K-57, RK-76, etc.
A noteworthy material that excels in mechanical strength, workability, and insulation properties, utilized in various machine parts, packing, and miscellaneous goods, contributing to the global environment with a biodegradability faster than paper.
This is a dense and durable sheet made by laminating paper made from cotton pulp and other materials using a special manufacturing method. It is a type of cellulose nanofiber, which involves breaking down cellulose from plant fibers such as wood into nanoscale sizes and binding them firmly together, and it has the following characteristics: - Excellent toughness, making it resistant to cracking - Excellent insulation properties, making it difficult for electricity to pass through - Excellent biodegradability, allowing it to be quickly decomposed by microorganisms in the soil - Good processability, enabling cutting, punching, bending, and squeezing processes - Surface treatment is also possible, allowing for painting and adhesion Our company has experience in processing insulation parts for circuit breakers, motors, and welding machines, as well as nameplates for terminal blocks and packaging materials. We also support mass production processing for thin materials using press machines. Additionally, for parts that are continuous and in large quantities, we can plan for competitive pricing for mass production at our factory in Malaysia. We also handle exports from our Malaysia factory to countries around the world. *We do not use the 10 substances regulated by RoHS. basic information
Vulcanized fiber is a cellulose nanofiber material that has been processed from paper, the raw material, to fiberize and compress cellulose to the nano level. Compared to polyamide, polycarbonate, rigid PVC, and Bakelite, it features high tensile strength and arc resistance. It also has good workability, capable of accommodating a wide range of processing methods such as cutting, drilling, punching, threading, flat grinding, bending, bonding, and deep drawing. Here are reference values for representative fiber products that we handle extensively. ■ General Fiber Product Name: HB-77 Manufacturer: Hokuetsu Toyo Fiber Standard Colors: Red, Natural, White, Black Standard Thickness: 0.25 to 2.4 mm Flame Retardancy: UL94HB certified for thicknesses of 0.8 mm and above Arc Resistance: 120 to 140 seconds ■ Heat-Resistant and Water-Resistant Fiber Product Name: K-57 Manufacturer: Hokuetsu Toyo Fiber Standard Color: Natural Standard Thickness: 0.5 to 2.4 mm Water Absorption Rate (1 hour): 10% or less (compliant with the 1-hour water absorption rate electrical safety standard) Flame Retardancy: UL94HB certified for thicknesses of 0.8 mm and above Arc Resistance: 130 to 140 seconds *There are also higher grades with improved temperature resistance.

Company information
Since its founding in 1941, Fuji Electric has continued to evolve with the times, striving to be a reliable company specializing in electrical insulation materials, offering a wide range of electrical and electronic insulation materials, industrial materials, various resins, and more. As a specialized company in electrical insulation materials, we have both a trading division and a processing division, engaging in direct transactions with numerous listed companies, and establishing a unique position without belonging to any major group. We propose high-quality and appropriate materials and resin processing methods that consider heat resistance, chemical resistance, strength, and other factors according to our customers' applications, including electrical equipment, vehicles, and electrical installation and equipment-related parts. We offer a wide range of support for processing various materials, primarily focusing on FRP (glass laminates, phenolic laminates, fibers, etc.), as well as Nomex, tubes, thermoplastic resins, and more, accommodating small lots and short delivery times. In 2013, we established Fuji Insulation Materials Sdn Bhd, a 100% subsidiary in Malaysia, and began deliveries throughout Southeast Asia.
