We would like to introduce the atmospheric dissolution manual tilting furnace for Nambu ironware that we have implemented. ■The device you see is a combination of the HEATCUBE 30kW and a manual tilting furnace. ■It can melt approximately 20 kg of cast iron in about an hour. ■The pouring is done by tilting the furnace body using a manual handle. ■Since it can be melted at any desired timing, an improvement in production efficiency is expected. ■No need for rebuilding the furnace each time. ■Preheating is also unnecessary; melting work can start immediately with cooling water and power turned on.
