The "O2-PSA" is a PSA oxygen gas generation device that concentrates and separates oxygen from air based on the difference in adsorption capacity of nitrogen and oxygen on synthetic zeolite. The oxygen concentration can be enriched and separated from 90% to a maximum of 95%, and equipment capable of producing 2,500 m³/h (nor.) (2 tower type) can be manufactured in a single series.
