The argon recovery rate is high at 70-80%! Suitable for argon recovery from exhaust gases of continuous casting equipment.
The "Ar-PSA" is a PSA argon gas generation device capable of recovering high-purity argon (max. 99.999%). It can purify and separate argon-rich gas emitted from RH vacuum degassing furnaces and silicon single crystal pulling devices into high-purity argon gas. Compared to nitrogen, carbon monoxide, and carbon dioxide, the adsorption amount of argon on the adsorbent zeolite is small, allowing for separation. Therefore, high-purity argon can be recovered and refined from argon mixed gas containing gases and other components. 【Features】 ■ Capable of recovering high-purity argon (max. 99.999%) ■ High argon recovery rate of 70 to 80% *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
