We are introducing the development of industrial brushes utilizing FRP waste materials handled by Ota Hiroshi Co., Ltd. By recycling FRP waste, we produce regenerated wire with a diameter of 0.2 to 1.0 mm, from which we develop industrial brushes. This time, by innovating the molding conditions using FRP reinforced with carbon fibers and glass fibers, we successfully commercialized industrial brushes and sheets by producing wire.
