Generally, when purchasing welded steel pipes, it is common to buy them in standard lengths (5.5M or 6M). However, when actually using them on-site, there may be instances where a shorter length would have been preferable. At Benkan Kiko, we can manufacture and supply welded steel pipes in the lengths required by our customers. As a delivery example, during the replacement work of piping materials (such as elbows) at a plant site, there are cases where it is necessary to cut approximately 100-200 mm from the pipe side instead of the elbow, and shorter pipes were supplied from our company to compensate for the cut section. Furthermore, we also accommodate the bevel processing of these pipes. We have numerous cases where we have delivered not only standard shapes but also those with special bevel shapes. (Preliminary discussions can be held using shape diagrams, etc.) We can also perform welding that complies with regulations, and of course, we have supplied many products that are outside the scope of regulations.
