High power density DC/DC converter of SIP-8 package [PDL12W series]
The P-DUKE PDL12W series features a high power density of 12W (4.73W/cm³) in an industry-standard SIP-8 package. It offers over 50% space savings compared to a typical DIP-24 package. With heat dissipation through a metal case and a conversion efficiency of up to 90%, it can operate without derating from -40 to +70°C. The input-output isolation is 1600VDC, with an option for 3000VDC. The use of a fixed switching frequency pulse width modulation method allows for easy addition of EMC filters. It includes protection features for overcurrent, short circuit, low voltage, and overvoltage, helping to build a safe and reliable power supply system.
