We would like to introduce a development case using the "Aqua Mixer" from Matsue Civil Engineering Co., Ltd. Since 2018, our company and the Shimane Prefectural Fisheries Technology Center have been working on the development of a high-density stock technology that prevents natural wakame from losing its color. As a result of three years of trial and error, we succeeded in maintaining the freshness of wakame, which previously lost its color (freshness deterioration) quickly, for up to three days.
