The E2S series is a two-stage rotary vane type oil rotary pump (oil pump). It features a completely revamped design and offers excellent cost performance. <E2S Series Features> 〇 High Exhaust Capacity: The E2S has nearly 10% better exhaust performance compared to the conventional E2M, even with the same motor rating. 〇 Oil Box: Utilizes extrusion molding. Improved airtightness and the incorporation of heat dissipation fins enhance cooling effectiveness. 〇 Reduced Operating Noise: By redesigning the internal mechanisms and changing the materials used, the E2S series operates more quietly than conventional pumps, achieving <60dB for the E2S series compared to <65dB for the E2M series. 〇 Steam Exhaust Resistance: With the use of materials that excel in steam resistance and a mode selection feature, the E2S can achieve a maximum steam resistance of 20mbar (E2S45). It lubricates the inside of the pump with a constant oil supply pressure, ensuring stability across all vacuum pressure ranges. 〇 Oil Filter: Extends the life of the oil and protects sealing materials from contamination and dirt. The recommended replacement interval under clean operating conditions is approximately 12 months.
