Assembly Transport Inspection Device 'CACT-01'

Work is transported to each station via automatic conveyance. Pre-assembly inspection, assembly, and post-assembly inspection are conducted at each station.

The 『CACT-01』 is a device that performs assembly, transport, and inspection of clutch bearings. It automatically transports the workpieces sent from the loading device to each station, where pre-assembly inspection, assembly, and post-assembly inspection are conducted at each station. During the inspection, pass/fail judgments are made based on pre-set numerical ranges. If the values are within the range, the workpiece is considered passed and flows to the next process; if outside the range, it is deemed failed and is ejected as NG before flowing to the next process.
