The 12 kW fiber laser cutting machine can cut up to 35 mm thick! The lathe machine is also compatible with processing two-phase systems!
We have replaced one of the few 12kW fiber laser machines in Japan. The cutting speed is approximately three times faster compared to the conventional 7kW CO2 laser machines, allowing for speedy responses and high-quality, flexible precision cutting for materials up to 35mm thick. The conventional 12kW gantry fiber laser can now also cut up to 35mm thick and is capable of handling wide and long cuts with dimensions of 3400mm in width and 19000mm in length. NC lathe processing machine (drilling compatible) Leveraging a wide range of stock, we provide a consistent service from material to cutting to drilling for not only general stainless steel but also duplex stainless steel, delivering to customers without any downtime. *Videos of the lathe processing machine are available on a separate product information page.
