[Case Study] Proposal for Ion Exchange Resin Cleaning to Meet User Standard Values
Retaining knowledge of various ion exchange resins! We have solved the concerns of establishing cleaning methods and implementing cleaning operations.
We would like to introduce a case where we resolved the construction of a cleaning method to meet individual user quality requirements and the contracting of cleaning work. The user has an ion exchange resin used for analytical purposes, but issues arose due to trace contaminants (such as residues from surfactants) on the surface of the ion exchange resin. However, according to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) from the resin manufacturer, it was deemed a pass, and the manufacturer stated that further cleaning was difficult. Since the ion exchange resin from the LOT that experienced issues during user testing could no longer be used, we sought a cleaning method to meet the required quality.
