The thermoplastic carbon fiber "Krapower Sheet" is an intermediate substrate (semi-prepreg sheet) just before the carbon fiber is impregnated with resin, allowing for pull-forming while being heated and melted due to its excellent flexibility. Additionally, compared to conventional prepregs, semi-prepregs have superior formability, enabling molding with non-standard cross-sections by leveraging this characteristic.
