Using music for business purposes (such as BGM in stores) and providing music without permission from the rights holders at events like lectures or presentations is considered illegal and may result in penalties or criminal charges. Dela Corporation has a contract with JASRAC as a music source provider, so customers who apply for and contract the "Healing BGM Service" do not need to apply or register with JASRAC at all. You can use BGM with peace of mind, and you can also use commercially available CDs you have on hand in conjunction with this BGM service (limited to JASRAC-managed songs).
