We conduct various asbestos surveys and analyses in response to the legal amendments effective April 1, 2022, to determine the presence or absence of asbestos-containing building materials. In the essential pre-survey for demolition work, we perform a site inspection based on document investigations such as design documents and finishing tables, and based on these findings, we analyze building materials if there are any whose asbestos usage is unclear.
