The PP B7x/msd is a single-slot, air-cooled CompactPCI board designed to enhance performance, extend the system lifecycle, and facilitate an easy transition to the latest generation of Intel processors. The PP B7x/msd supports the performance of workstation processors with enterprise-class graphics capabilities using Intel Xeon E processors. Additionally, it features an optional SATA flash disk module and a site for PCI Express-based M.2 modules, allowing support for a 2.5-inch SSD instead of one of the PMC/XMC sites. ■ Japanese technical documentation for OpenVPX and SOSA is available.
