The "Standard Mold Base" has been supplied by Futaba Electric Industry Co., Ltd. since 1996 and is being sold. Before 1996, we manufactured standard mold bases in-house, but in order to respond to delivery times for standard mold bases and the increase in orders for custom mold bases, we decided to basically cease production of standard mold bases and focus on the production of custom mold bases. We also accommodate additional processing from Futaba Mold Bases. Our company was founded in 1956 as a distributor of special steel, and in 1972 we equipped ourselves with machine tools and began manufacturing mold bases for plastic molds. We aim to be a functional trading company that specializes in the production of mold bases, while also selling special steel materials, processing services, and mold components, equipped with processing facilities. As the world becomes more globalized, we are striving to achieve high precision and short delivery times for mold bases in the Japanese mold industry, which is aiming for the same goals.
