Our company introduced TopSolid in 2004 and has actively worked on building a production system that allows us to receive orders for mold bases using only 3D CAD data without drawings. Currently, we have achieved automation of processing programs using TopSolid data, contributing to shorter delivery times and improved quality. Additionally, we can create programs more efficiently using data such as Parasolid compared to 2D data, allowing us to respond without issues. 3D CAD/CAM continues to advance, and we believe that even more effective features will be developed in the future. We are committed to working with mold manufacturers and CAD/CAM vendors to further improve delivery times, quality, and cost reduction.
