In 1982, we established the Fujisawa factory for the purpose of manufacturing large mold bases for large home appliances and automobiles. In CADCAM, we introduced 3D CAM to improve the machining accuracy of direct-cut large mold bases. As a result, rough machining with a 0.5mm allowance for product shape has become possible, enhancing the machining accuracy of direct-cut large mold bases.
