The lamp heating radiation thermometer TMHX-CPE does not use near-infrared wavelengths of approximately 0.7 to 2.5 μm, making it less susceptible to the influence of lamp light. Furthermore, by adopting shorter wavelengths in the mid-infrared range of 5.0 to 6.8 μm, it can stably measure even workpieces with poor emissivity. It is also effective for heater heating. *Custom orders and modifications are possible from just one unit! When measuring the temperature of a workpiece heated by a lamp, it is necessary to eliminate the influence of lamp light (near-infrared energy). This is to ensure that the temperature of the lamp light is not measured. In the TMHX-CPE, wavelengths of approximately 0.7 to 2.5 μm in the near-infrared range are not used to avoid the influence of lamp light. Furthermore, considering the measurement of low emissivity materials such as metals, shorter wavelengths in the mid-infrared range of 5.0 to 6.8 μm, which are close to the near-infrared region, are used.
