The 『air.IQ』 simplifies the selection and installation of moisture meters. You can use it simply by attaching the moisture probe, connecting the power and output to the terminal block, and connecting the gas to the inlet fitting. 【Procedure】 ■Startup - Insert the moisture probe into the sample cell. - Fully close the inlet valve and the flow meter valve before starting. - If measuring the dew point at process pressure, slowly open the inlet valve until fully open. - Slowly open the flow meter valve and adjust to the appropriate flow rate. - If measuring the dew point at atmospheric pressure, fully open the flow meter valve. - Slowly open the inlet valve of the flow meter and adjust to the appropriate flow rate. ■Shutdown - Slowly close the inlet valve. - Slowly open the flow meter valve until the pressure gauge reads 0 kPaG. - Remove the moisture probe. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
