This is a case study of problem-solving for building material manufacturers. We have achieved the automation of the manual application of packing using a spiral coating device.
[Consultation from a Certain Building Material Manufacturer] They were hand-applying double-sided tape packing to residential base materials, but due to poor productivity and the high cost of packing, they contacted us to improve work efficiency and reduce costs. [Introduced System] 1 unit of C8-4, 4 spiral guns [Features] - Soft finish with a good texture and breathability - Stable patterns with guide air, and maintenance is greatly reduced as clean air protects the nozzle from foreign matter - High-viscosity hot melt, which was difficult with conventional methods, can now be applied using a spiral - High-speed intermittent adhesion is possible. The spiral can handle up to 72,000 rotations per minute, with a width of approximately φ15 to 20mm [Implementation Effects] Achieved increased productivity and labor savings through automation of work Contributed to material cost reduction by replacing with hot melt adhesive *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
